Location

Our address is 418 3rd Street (not Avenue!). Our access door is on 4th Street.

We are located on the BACK side of Eagle Plaza. After exiting the roundabout, continue straight to 4th Street. Do not turn into the Eagle Plaza/DMV parking lot.

Look for a big white sign that says “Myers Physical Therapy” and turn left at 4th Street. Parking is located in front of and to the left of our access door and is marked “Patient Parking”.
